Promotion restrictions
Rewards Grabber prizes are non-transferable, and the promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion on our site. Our safer gambling controls

Deposit and spend limits
You can set limits for a day, a week or a month. A spend limit works as a net limit, so withdrawing money frees up room to deposit again up to your set limit. A deposit limit counts only what you deposit, so once you reach it a withdrawal does not let you deposit more until your limit period resets. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately, while an increase needs your confirmation once 24 hours have passed before it becomes active.
Stake limits and deposit curfew
A Max Stake Limit caps how much you can stake on a single slot spin. It does not cap your total wagering over a day, week or month. Reducing it applies straight away, and raising it takes effect after 24 hours. A Deposit Curfew pauses deposits at times you choose, such as late at night or over the weekend.
Reality Check and Play Breaks
Reality Check alerts you to how long you have been playing at the end of the time you select, and you can then continue or log out. Changes made to Reality Check during a game apply from your next session. Play Breaks give you regular pauses of 15 minutes up to 3 hours between active sessions, excluding poker, with a notice 5 minutes before each break begins. During a break you cannot deposit or play, but you can still withdraw funds and view your betting, gaming or payment history.
Account and product closure
In My Account you can close your whole account or block only Sports, Casino, Bingo or Poker. A closure for a set period ends automatically when that period expires, and you can choose to unblock products before the date shown in your account. You cannot reopen your account for 24 hours after closing it. Closure suits a short break, and if you think you have a gambling problem we suggest self-exclusion and help from a support organisation.
Time Out
